Thank you for supporting StrangViva Studio LLC. We want you to love your artwork. If for any reason you need to request a return or refund, please review the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The artwork must be in the same condition you received it (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging).

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damages & Other Issues

Please inspect your art upon delivery.

Contact us immediately if:

  • Your artwork arrived damaged,

  • You receive the wrong item, or

  • The item has a defect.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate purchase for the new item you would like.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
